Return Policies
Scrap in a Snap is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
  • Shipping is non-refundable*
  • Full refund will only apply for the first 30 days from receipt of order
  • Goods must returned in "as new" condition or a Restocking Fee maybe applied
  • Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $20.00
  • Contact customerservice@scrapinasnap.net to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number to return products 

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund

Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Scrap in a Snap is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.  Upon receipt of purchased items, please inspect them immediately (24-48 hours) and contact us at customeservice@scrapinasnap.net to quickly resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

 The scrapbook albums, wordbooks and other products are sold via www.scrapinasnap.net.
